Rhys joined the team as a Business Broker in May 2019.

A Wangaratta local, Rhys has been the owner-operator of the Best Car Wash Wangaratta since its establishment in 2004.

Having walked the path himself for many years, Rhys can understand the trials and tribulations of small business ownership and the immense rewards that it can bring with effort. A highlight for his business was winning the 2015 Small Business of the Year Award at the Wangaratta Business Awards.

Rhys has acted as a mentor and coach to car wash operators and small business owners, assisting in various areas such as:
-Due diligence;
-Operational efficiencies and execution;
-Establishing policy, procedure, training and basic business frameworks; and
-Working with small business owners on their challenges, goals and team development.

This experience sparked an interest in broadening his skills and led him to undertaking the Agent's Representative qualification and completing a Business Broking course through the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. Rhys subsequently undertook further study to become a fully licensed real estate agent.

Rhys enjoys working with people in a wide range of industries, ensuring they receive appropriate support and direction in order for them to make the best decisions possible for themselves and their business.

Rhys shares a genuine enthusiasm with our clients, providing them with a great experience throughout their business journey.

In addition to his work and family commitments, Rhys has played an active role on the Board of Directors of Australian Car Wash Association from 2014 to date.
