Established in 1981, Garry Nash Real Estate Pty Ltd trading as Garry Nash & Co. is an experienced leading provider of property services in Wangaratta and district.
Our Beginnings
Garry Nash, the founder of the company, commenced his real estate career in 1973. In January 1981 Garry and his wife Marion established their own agency, Garry Nash Real Estate Pty Ltd, at 25A Rowan Street Wangaratta.

In 1982 the company became a founding member of the First National Real Estate Group of Estate Agents. The agency then became known as Garry Nash First National Real Estate and operated as such for the next 34 years.

In 2010, property and commercial lawyer Mike Noble joined the company as a director. Experienced sales agent Cameron Meggs became the third director of the company in 2013.

Moving Foward
In July 2016, the company left the First National group to again become an independent agency and re-branded as Garry Nash & Co. Real Estate.

At the foundation of the company's success and longevity is a commitment to customer service and dedication to clients. Building and sustaining this culture has been at the very core of its operations since inception, consistently delivering advice, consultancy and results to owners, occupiers and investors.
